📅 Consultation Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking an online consultation with us, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, reschedules, and refunds. 1. Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens. If you need to change your appointment time, you are permitted one (1) complimentary reschedule, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Rescheduling can be done directly through your confirmation email or by contacting support. Requests made within the 24-hour window before your appointment do not qualify for a reschedule and will be treated as a late cancellation. 2. No-Refund & Cancellation Policy All consultations are final sale. Because we reserve dedicated time on our experts' calendars that cannot be filled at short notice, we enforce a strict refund policy: No Refunds for Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your appointment or decide not to reschedule it outside of the 24-hour window, no refunds will be issued. Missed Time: If you do not reschedule and simply do not show up, your payment is forfeited in full. 3. No-Show Policy Showing up late or failing to attend your scheduled session significantly impacts our operations. Definition of a No-Show: If you do not join the online consultation link within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, you will be marked as a No-Show. Consequences: No-Shows are treated exactly the same as late cancellations. The session is forfeited, no refund will be issued, and you will not be permitted to reschedule without purchasing a new session. 4. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes We have a zero-tolerance policy for chargeback fraud. By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this contract. Any attempt to dispute the credit card charge for a missed, cancelled, or unattended meeting is a violation of this agreement. We routinely submit this signed policy, our system access logs, and booking timestamps to financial institutions to successfully overturn dispute claims.
